Bring your notes to Google Docs
You can open Keep in a sidebar next to Google Docs and Presentations. Use Keep as a placeholder for your approximate schemes or ideas. Then, when you have more time, add them to Google Docs with a simple drag and drop.
You can also do the opposite. Select a block of text and right-click to save it to Keep. Keep saves a link to the document attached to the note.

For example, urgent tasks with deadlines can be marked in red. Long-term tasks can be green. Theme-based color options can be orange for Ideas or red for more important information.

Take a photo with your cell phone camera and save it on a Keep note. The OCR will remove the text and you can now modify it in the same Keep note.
OCR isn’t that great with handwritten text, but you can try it on a dense slate of text in your class. You have the photo to refer to even if character recognition fails. On the plus side, you don’t have to rely on alternative OCR software.
Tip: Keep can also search for specific text in images stored in notes.
Collaborate with regular checklists
The simple checklist can be more than just a place to get the chores out of your head. The humble step-by-step checklist can help you work on a long project. Distribute the topic in small steps with a checklist and see if it helps you become more aware of the learning process.

Review with voice memos
Launch the Keep mobile app, click the microphone icon at the bottom right of the screen, and write down the message. When you have finished speaking, the recording will end automatically and a new screen will appear with the text of the message and an audio file.
